Bend & Bloom
Amy just sent some pictures over from her new yoga studio, Bend and Bloom, in Brooklyn, NY. The Family Tree in her lobby looks perfectly fantastic. Feeling rooted like a tree is sometime difficult to achieve during yoga, so hopefully this will inspire a grounded feeling prior to or after class...
They offer yoga for all ages, including pre and post natal classes. This pose, for example, seems like it would benefit anyone who needs to relax and get centered, right?

family tree in 'petrol' is my fave wallpaper from ferm.
the colour is just so rich and luxurious.
as an aside, i hope everyone has clean feet in that last pic!
